worse, bears complete responsibility, including responsibility for the
layout, typography, editing, proofreading and cover art. The graphic which
adorns the front cover was produced by the author and rejoices in the name
YOKOHAMA BOLERO. The back cover shows the front cover of CANCER PATIENT, Hugh Cook's autobiographical brain cancer memoir.
